My name is Susie Higgs and I am the Head of
Customer Experience for the Cineworld Group.
According to my results from
the ‘Gallup Strength-Finder’, I am a “positive activator and communicator who

I have a genuine passion for
delivering great customer experiences through both new and tried and tested
means. Over the past twenty-five years, my career in customer services has
given me the chance to work for top brands including American Express, lastminute.com and
for the last five years, Cineworld.
I have been fortunate to
travel the world during my earlier years within the travel industry, and had
the opportunity to be part of the online digital boom which helped me to
discover innovative ways to create a great customer experience - with passive
customer input successfully increasing customer loyalty towards and the value
of the brands I have worked with.
One of my most successful
challenges and achievements has been building customer service contact centres
in the UK, Europe, India and USA.
Aside from loving my job and
my customers, I am fortunate to have a wonderful family, husband and two boys –
when I am off duty I like nothing more than family events, travelling the
world, watching my children grow-up and just enjoying life.
