After completing a 4-year Hotel and Tourism
Management school in Austria and working in various 5* properties throughout
Europe and the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva I decided to try my career at

board QE2, Sagafjord, Vistafjord and Sea goddess working my way up from waiter
to F&B Director.
Entering a new challenge of starting a new
cruise line called Saga Cruises gave me a huge scope of variety in every field
of the customer experience. Setting up a new concept of “Nothing is too Much
trouble” has proven very successful for our niche market and building 2 new
vessels on the back bone of this service culture is an achievement we are all
proud of at Saga.
My aim in life is to make sure that
customers are getting value for money and intuitively read their every wish but
also to give support to my staff who are everyday at the heart of our successful
